We ship our products across India through trusted courier and transport partners. Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery location.
Estimated delivery times are:
Standard Orders: 3–7 business days
Bulk or Custom Orders: 7–15 business days (or as mutually agreed)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details (where available) will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or any other agreed communication method.
Our logistics partner may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please notify the delivery personnel (where possible) and contact us within 48 hours with photographs and order details.
